ABSTRACTS and POSTER Guidelines and Schedule In order to efficiently communicate the results of your research to the viewers, you are kindly requested to devote considerable effort in the design of your poster. Please pay attention to details by carefully following the guidelines hereby outlined.

Poster Guidelines
  • The dimensions of your poster should not exceed 4 feet (h) x 8 feet (w)
  • Avoid putting too much material and text on the poster. Use large type and figures that will be readily visible.
  • The board of your poster will be numbered and viewers will find your poster according to the title of your submitted abstract and number as stated in the final program.
  • The introduction should contain 3 to 5 telegraphic sentences outlining essential information necessary to understand the study and why it was done.
  • Posters are divided into two display sessions as follows
    • Odd numbered posters will participate as part of Group 1
    • Even numbered posters will participate as part of Group 2
  • Please put your poster up as early in the setup period as possible, and be certain to take them down within the time allotted.
