Craft stalls can be found all along the length of the Monsenhor Tabosa Avenue. There are many other shops, including a representative sample of well known international stores. The so-called "Dragon of the Sea" is a cultural center for a multitude of artistic and cultural events. There are many museums, cinemas, as well as bars and restaurants. The arts, crafts and culture of the Ceará can also be experienced in the Central Market, in the Center of State Tourism and the artisan fair in Beira-Mar Avenue (this is open until late and can be found in front of the Imperial Othon Hotel).
